My childhood was filled with music, film and photography - thanks to my parents. Luckily, I was placed on a visual arts track at a very early age when my second grade teachers discovered I had strong illustration skills. In high school I eagerly signed up for film classes and photography became my second love, next to illustration. While in college (for graphic design), I read about the advent of digital photography, though it was still in its infancy. After college, I spent the next 10 years pursuing a great career in design - but photography was always ‘calling me back’.
Anticipating the birth of our first child in March of 2008 brought upon the purchase of a digital SLR and my love affair with the camera was stronger then ever. Friends and family encouraged me to provide commercial services after seeing the initial galleries of my son, Elan. The result of their support and love is the website you are viewing.
