Know All the Rules – Then Break Them

My style can best be described as fast, organic and photojournalistic. The shots I enjoy creating are planned – but my plan is never rigid. It is flexible and open to interpretation.

Taking Direction

I enjoy working with clients that can take direction and go with the flow of the shoot. When my clients open their minds and their hearts that's when really amazing photography opportunities happen.

Looking for Light

I require access to a location prior to shooting. This is so I can find the best light in any given area. Good photographers will seek out the best light and mark the spots (mentally) for producing the best photographs.

The Digital Advantage

Once shots have been set up I shoot quickly. I like to pose my subjects in a few different positions. I often shoot from a variety of angles to ensure we have the most creative and flattering shots available.

Traveling Quickly

Traveling light is key for the way I shoot. It helps us move quickly through your agenda, capturing all the shots you need. I can work with one camera bag and a few reflectors. You'd be surprised by how much a seasoned photographer can capture with (good) available light.

Tight Turn Around Times

In less than 4 working days after a shoot (or faster with a rush charge), your images will have been digitally downloaded, edited, retouched and published online (all at the highest resolution).
